SWH founder Scott Hiller knows that meeting client needs is the basis of a successful business. He creates an environment in which client satisfaction is a top priority, where new products and services are quickly developed, and where quality, accuracy and ethical behavior are essential. He also directs the company's business strategy and is a hands-on manager of many client marketing relationships. Scott most recently founded and grew market research firm Speedmark Information Services for the past seventeen years until its sale to a private equity firm in 2007. Prior to that Scott was director of merchandising for National Convenience Stores (Stop N Go) and served in various sales and sales management capacities at Frito-Lay. He has a B.S. in business administration from the University of Wyoming and an M.B.A. in marketing from St. Louis University.
