actions and responses, and shopper actions and responses. We also collect demographic data and voluntary ethnic data in order
to assign shoppers to shops specific to client requirements.
We collect this information through methods such as shopper registration forms, email confirmations, and shop survey forms.
Some information collected is mandatory; other information is voluntarily. To be eligible for all shop assignments,
standard contact information (name, address, phone, email, etc.) is required. Other information we request (demographic
and ethnicity) is optional; however failure to provide this information will make a shopper ineligible for some shop assignments.
Information Usage
The information submitted to SWH Investments, Inc. by those applying for or confirming shopper status will be used for
shopper assignments, shopper payments, shopping instructions, tracking, etc. Registered shoppers may receive additional
email announcements from us about available shops and other news pertinent to performing shops for us.
The information we collect will not be used to create profiles based on browsing history. We will not supplement information
collected at our Web site with data from other sources.
We will not share data with third parties.
Access to Information
We may offer links to other Web sites, particularly mystery shopping-related sites or information. Please note: When you
click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.
Our Web site may offer forums or message boards. Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes
